TerraSim Products Now Available on GSA Schedule

February 03, 2003

Pittsburgh, PA - TerraSim's entire product line of geospatial visualization construction tools is now available on General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Service Schedule GS-35F-0143N. In addition, software maintenance, training, product upgrades and options can be purchased from the GSA Advantage! website.

Available products include:

  • TerraTools® 2.0, the complete geospatial simulation and visualization system, and its associated import and export plug-ins
  • TerraTools Plug-in for SOCET SET, which supports the direct creation of TerraTools projects from within SOCET SET 4.4 or higher
  • A complete set of training courses, ranging in length from a half day to three days and covering general introduction to 3D visualization from GIS and CAD source data to advanced training in all aspects of the TerraTools product line
  • Maintenance and technical support for all TerraTools products

TerraSim negotiated the GSA Schedule in response to requests from many government users. As Craig Ramsdell, Vice President of Sales, noted: "Since DoD and federal government agency customers make up a significant portion of our user base, we want to make the process of purchasing our products, maintenance, and training easier and less expensive for them. Using the GSA schedule also reduces the paperwork burden on both ends, making it a win-win situation."

TerraSim GSA pricing and other information is available on the GSA web page at www.gsaadvantage.gov, or directly from TerraSim, sales@terrasim.com
